Returns

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can tell you where to send them.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Digital products

Downloads and digital access cannot be returned once accessed, unless they are faulty.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund the item.
